All in-stock items are express shipped in 3 business days from Turkey.

We ship via FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Please note, although we do our best to keep stock numbers up to date we cannot guarantee the availability of any items listed on finegrid.net
If the item ordered is not immediately  available, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the situation and ask whether you would like to cancel or choose alternative items. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your account in the amount of the purchase.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.
